NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATION
Seasons Greetings! Here is information for the New Year’s Eve festivities at Aquagrill. Below is a draft of this year’s menu for your reference though it is not finalized based on market availability.
Aquagrill is offering a four course menu that is truly a Seafood Lover's Dream Feast including dishes such as Imperial Osetra Caviar, Stone Crabs, Lobster Salad, Warm Shrimp Cocktail, and Roasted Diver Sea Scallops. And, for party goers with other plans who want to stop by for a few indulgences, our bar and lounge will be open to the public for oysters, caviar and blini, assorted appetizers, champagne and cocktails.
We are having two seatings, reservations for the first are from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and costs $95 a person. The later seating, starting at 8:30 pm, costs $120 a person, and guests are encouraged to stay for the evening's celebration of welcoming in the New Year. At the stroke of midnight Chef Jeremy Marshall will perform the Aquagrill Traditional Saber Opening of a Jeroboam of Champagne! This champagne will be poured complimentary to all guests for a New Year’s toast. For both seatings beverages, tax and gratuity are additionally charged. We require a credit card to hold reservations and charges for the full amount will be applied if guests do not honor their reservations.Seating is very limited so please telephone us as soon as possible to make any reservations. Please keep in mind that Aquagrill will be closed on Tuesday, December 25th and will reopen on Wednesday, December 26th.
