You can pre-pay for an entire meal or surprise someone with a specific item. Simply fill out our CHARGE CARD AUTHORIZATION PAID IN ADVANCE to allow us to bill your credit card.  Either email or fax a copy of the completed document along with a legible copy of both the front and the back of your signed credit card. These forms are required for all advance paid checks as part of our commitment to our guests to provide a safe, secure pay in advance program.
